Do you love God but find it hard sometimes to share your faith? I know I do. To solve this problem I’ve created Inspired-life.com, a site that makes it easier to share Jesus with others through multimedia based, inspirational short stories from ordinary men and women who’re living in Christ.
This blog, the faith stories we’ve assembled along with the tools and other resources we share will help you to find more strength, gain courage and achieve freedom through a life in Christ.
As the host and caretaker here, its possible you would want to know a bit about me, so let me start by saying that in my work life, I’m small business marketing guy. Because of some of my day to day roles, I’ve had people describe me as a blogger or a speaker.
One thing for sure is that I’ve consistently refused to allow circumstances to define my life. After foolishly dropping out of high school, I quickly realized it was a bad decision. Because I couldn’t allow myself to be uneducated, I’m self taught and choose to learn and grow at every opportunity. Even self education opens doors that might otherwise be closed, so in that respect I’m more than blessed.
Probably most important is that I’m a deeply spiritual person who has found a personal connection with Jesus as my Savior and Lord. He’s taught me more than any other person could.
During my late 20′s and early 30′s my many mistakes caught up with me and it was the stories of people who had overcome difficult circumstances to achieve a great life that pulled me through those very dark days.
Through my affiliation with a Bible based Church I forged a powerful relationship with Jesus, the man, who while fully God was also fully human.
I’ve found that the power of inspirational short stories to motivate and teach brings real value to ordinary people. I also noticed that many Christians when asked, had a story to tell. I believe that their story could help another person, if only they’d share it.
So that’s what this site is about. If you have a ‘faith story’ to share, we want to hear it. We’d love to have you submit your video based story through YouTube. When we get stories, I’ll be sharing them because I do not know when you need an inspirational short story to get through a tough day.
With Jesus as my center, my days are much brighter now than all those years ago; not long ago I chose to move to a home only a short walk from the beach. Because I love the clear fresh waters of the Gulf of Mexico and because I dislike traffic I live in the small town beach community of Treasure Island, FL.
